01Who we are
NorthAxis Digital SIA is a limited liability company registered in Latvia (Reg. No. 40203750534), with its registered office at Avotu iela 4, Tukums, Tukuma nov., LV-3101, Latvia. For any privacy matter you can reach us at Office@aureonsystems.eu.
02What data we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run our business:
- Enquiry data — the name, email address, selected service and message you submit through our contact form or by email.
- Client & billing data — contact and billing details (name, address, company and registration data) required to provide services and issue invoices.
- Technical data — limited information your browser sends automatically, such as approximate location and device/browser type, plus cookie data described in our Cookies Policy.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of data, and we do not knowingly process data of children.
03Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiries and prepare a scope and quote.
- To deliver the services you engage us for and manage our relationship.
- To issue invoices and meet accounting and tax obligations.
- To keep the website secure, working and improving.
04Legal bases
We rely on the following GDPR legal bases: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) for delivering services; legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for responding to enquiries and securing the site; legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) for accounting and tax records; and consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time.
05Sharing & processors
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example website hosting, email and accounting tools — and only as needed for them to perform their function. These providers act as our processors under appropriate agreements. We may also disclose data where required by law.
06Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship. Accounting and invoice records are kept for the period required by Latvian law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
07Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email Office@aureonsystems.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
08Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit who can access it.
09Changes & contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to Office@aureonsystems.eu.
